This was such a pleasant experience. From the original booking which I did at last min with Maddie, which I was so was very happy to be accommodated. I can not speak higher of Dr Heather Jenkins and her amazing team. Every step was explained and I didn’t fell pressured into any decision. Can not recommend any higher. Highly recommend The Skin Lab. The staff are all very professional and give wonderful advice on your skin before you start any treatment. After my Fire and Ice treatment today I noticed a dramatic difference in how firm and plump my skin looked and felt. Thank you so much, I will be back for more treatments soon. Linda

Today I had a great first experience at The Skin Lab. I will admit I was nervous going in as I’m not the best at looking after my skin, but there was no judgment from the lovely ladies which was a relief. I learnt a lot about my skin and what products I should and shouldn’t be using.nnI also had a facial and my skin feels incredibly smooth and fresh. I will be back on a regular basis. Thank you!

I would highly recommend The Skin Lab at Spring Hill. The team was welcoming and friendly. Overall the whole atmosphere was wonderful. The hydrofacial was fantastic and left my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. I am looking forward to my next visit to continue light therapy for acne.

Dr Heather and team are always so wonderful to deal with. Great technically and also have great empathy for patients. I've been going there for many years and highly recommend their services.
