Steer clear of this company. They will take your money and screw you over. They have even impersonated Government Immigration workers to try get out of trouble. We were almost left stuck overseas because this company messed up our visa so badly. I saw another person on here was planning to take them to court, I would be happy to give you all the information I have - you can find me on LinkedIn, unfortunately I can’t message you on google.

I know Kevin and Sarah from last 6-7 years. They have charged my credit card for some else application on 16-04-2019 $7254.51. After that hey sent me Fake acknowledgement. Please do not trust them. If they lodged any one application on same day please inform immigration.nAnyone who had made a bank transfer for partner visa subclass 820 on 16-04-2019 or give them cash $7254.51. Please inform immigration.nI have all the recorded from immigration about their dodgy work.nnThey tried to charge my credit again on 15-07-2019 $7447.02. FailednThen again in November (20-11-2019) $2507.67 was declined from my card.nPlease let me know if they have done anything similar to anyone.nI am taking them to the court about this Fraud.

Mr Lee's Cancellation of registration, More information available on Omara Web.n63. Publicly available information on the Authority's website reveals that the Authority cancelled Mr Lee's registration as a migration agent on 2 May 2016. The Authority found that Mr Lee had created fraudulent correspondence in an attempt to mislead his former client, and in doing so had breached clauses 2.1,2.4, 2.8, 2.9, 2.9A, 2.18, 2.19 and 9.3 of Code of conduct for Registered Migration Agents. The Authority also found that Mr Lee was not a PERSON OF INTEGRITY or was otherwise not a fit and proper person to give immigration assistance.nnANB status Cancelled from 08 Jan 2021.

So bad service, is a fraud these agency, we have been waiting for more that 1 and a half year for them to return our $4500 that we paid for a course, the school don't answer and Kevin (manager) did not return us that money and just playing with emails , please don't take their service. Actually Mr Lee (Kevin) (MARN: 0533540) has received the most serious sanction that Authority can impose and can no longer provide immigration assistance and his registration as a migration agent was cancelled on 02 May 2016. About Ms. Kim (other Agent) has already been sanctioned as well (MARN: 1573593). PLEASE TAKE A LOT OF CARE WITH THESE AGENCY AND AGENTS. You can search in official page their status as an migration agent, use the MARN number. TAKE CARE
