Helped me get out of Melbourne a couple weeks ago. Super easy to deal with, friendly staff. WAY more affordable than anyone else I found online. Couldn't be happier. Everything arrived in perfect condition only a couple days later on the Gold Coast.
So annoyed with myself for not reading the Google reviews before booking this company for my move.nnCompleted disaster once they took my deposit. Didn't turn up the day they said they would, no communication, rude people on the phone when contacting the office and items went missing. I'd have been better doing the move myself.nnAvoid at all costs.
Called for friend as they were not answering her calls. They never showed up on the day they had arranged. Someone was supposed to contact her after 7am of the but by 1pm she was the one who tried tirelessly to contact them. They never called her, in the end she had to go with another removelist. Do not recommend.
Terrible service. Prompt to provide an original quote but all fell apart after that. Turned up days later than originally quoted, didn't provide services they charged for, refused to answer the phone or respond to emails...there isn't enough space on this review to list all the faults with this company.nnThey will outsource the job to a third party as well and then claim no responsibility for problems you'll have.nnSave yourself the heartache and avoid these guys. We are currently having to go via Fair Trading just to get money back.
They got my stuff from A to B, and in a reasonable time frame. But, they broke a part of my surfboard, which I advised them as they were unpacking, and they ended up leaving us with a bag of someone else’s stuff as well.nnWhen trying to deal with these issues, they firstly forwarded me onto the subcontractor they used, then just stopped responding and ignored emails.
