So happy with my experience here!! Melissa is an amazing hair stylist and did wonders for my look! I’ve had a few meh experiences at hairdressers lately but since going to HairHouse I will never go back to any other hairdressers again. Everyone is so friendly and happy to help, the service is a complete 5 stars, would give it 10 if I could and the advice and styling that Melissa gave for my hair was invaluable. I'm amazed at some of the negative comments left on here because my experience was nothing but excellent! the current staff that I dealt with were so friendly and down to earth. I had highlights done at different salons in the past and for the price point they provide here, I feel that they are definitely on par, if not better than some of the more pricier salons. I'll definitely be returning!

Just had a fullhead of foils, cut wash and blowdry done today and holy cow! I'm so glad I ignored some of the bitter reviews and gave these guys a fair go. The staff here are so friendly, attentive and actively demonstrate their care and consideration. I don't have a lot of knowledge of hairstyles/colouring so I was relieved when my hairdresser made some helpful suggestions that best suit my face shape and skin tone. We ended up going with a creamy ash blonde and all I can say is... wow. Couldn't have picked a better colour. Will be coming back again.

I went in for a hair cut, my usual hair dresser was booked up for Christmas... I will be patient next time and wait. The lady who cut my hair didn't seem familiar with cutting someone who had a lot of hair. I'd mentioned she'd need to thin it out quiet a bit, I was left with a blunt thick ends and was there for over an hour and half (for just a cut). I asked her to continue thinning out and soften the ends... at one point she advised she had another client as if it was an inconvenience for her to complete my hair. I ask to thin it out once more and frame my face. When framing one side was longer than the other which I had to point out for her to correct. After been there for so long with still not the cut I was after, i just had to pay and leave.nDo not recommend.

Lovely service, the staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly.
