Liquid Nail Bar

The girls did a fantastic job and were very friendly and easy to talk to. I had a full set of acrylics with shellac and a pedicure with shellac. Both the service and the outcome were excellent. The pedicure chairs are really comfortable and there were hundreds of shellac colors to choose from. I highly recommend Liquid Nails

I went to liquid nail bar for the first time and I will not be going back. They charged me for a ‘deluxe pedicure’ for a 30 second massage and then tried to force me to pay by cash and they will reduce the price. My toes were all cut from the lady filing so hard and my socks had blood on them when I got home. I cannot believe they charged me $70, there is absolutely no way I’ll be going back. Avoid this place, it’s an absolute rip off!!!!

I was overcharged and when I emailed to try to arrange to have it fixed they couldn’t tell me exactly why I was charged as much as I was and then stopped replying to me. It felt a little bit scammy, like they would add any charge they could and hope I wouldn’t complain. Never got refunded the extra amount.nnEdit to owner response:nI agree, you do have signs regarding your prices all around the store, and that when getting extra goods or services you should ask about any price variations, neither of which applies to this situation.nnWhen I asked for a breakdown in my email to the store I wasn't given one outside of 'probably colour making it cost more'.nI then asked for clarification or 'a breakdown' because I know it was a standard polish and generic brand, which is when my emails were no longer responded to.

DO NOT GO HERE, they charged me over double for Shellac and also only told me after she had finished my nails that it was 'Cash only'. There was no sign anywhere saying cash only and also didn't mention it to me before I sat down. I usually pay $30 and I paid $65 because i had two feature nails on each hand which took her 5 seconds to do and they were also done poorly.

One of the better nail salons in the CBD. I don't feel like they rush the job, even when they're busy. Prices are on par with the average across the city, and they don't force you to pay with cash like other salons often do. Always happy with the final results.
