They ALWAYS do a wonderful job, no matter which artist/master l get, & is why l'm a regular customer now. Atmosphere is peaceful & inviting, the room/workspace immaculate & clean. The ladies are professional yet super friendly & ensure you are comfortable with each step of the process. I always fall asleep when l have my lashes done, it's that relaxing. I first went to i-lashes last year to have my eyelash extensions done and was amazed by how comfortable and clean the salon was and how lovely all the staff are. The girls worked with me over a few refills to work out the best amount of curl for my eye shape. I went back yesterday after taking a break from extensions and they already knew what I wanted and did it perfectly. Super happy with the results as always.

They are so friendly (particularly the eyelash technician Joanna); the studio is alway super clean and they are always on time. The lashes are always noticeable but natural (I have been asked several times if they are my natural lashes because they do not look fake at all!!). Great service an I am a returning customer!

I did a eyelash extension course with Irene and she made me feel so comfortable and taught in great detail. I am forever grateful for Irene for teaching me all the skills that have contributed in me being a lash tech for almost 2yrs and have been sending so many of my clients to learn from Irene.
