VIP Nail & Foot spa

I have been twice now to VIP Nails and loved it both times. I got acrylics on my short, bitten nails and the tech did a beautiful job. She was extremely thorough and went back many times to check the length and shape of each nail against the matching one on the opposite hand and then further shape it. My nails lasted a full month and were exactly how I wanted them. At the end of a month, my nails hadn’t even begun to lift in any place so I decided to go back yesterday for an infill. I had a different tech and she was clearly very experienced, managing to get me out of the salon quickly with strong, perfectly shaped nails. My new set are just as beautiful. I would also like to add that I am autistic and have trouble talking to people and understanding instructions and I felt very comfortable both times I visited the salon. Great care was taken with the efile and I was never hurt or burnt. The price was very fair, even cheap for the quality and service. I have been to get acrylics plenty of times and have had plenty of variation in the quality of the nails but this stands out as the best. I will only be coming back here. Thanks for my shiny claws!

1st time visiting business, experience was quite gentle but was a tad bit concerned about reuse of tools between clients (not sure about the santisation procedures in place) but generally clean environment.nCuticles were left a little dry and the UV lamps burn a little when first under during Gel Manicure curing but went away after about 5-10 secs.nTop coat on one thumb didn't cure properly which was intially fixed but came back again matte from ill-curing, but hardly noticable overall. Final result was good but with some skin contact of gel and dryness as mentioned (lotion only applied to top of hands and wrists).nGood price for nice service and results for Manicure with Gel colour on natural nails.

Not super thrilled with my experience (gel manicure). There was some miscommunication on the shape of my nails, which is fair enough as I'm sure the terms differ from salon to salon. The issue I have is that my nails are all different lengths and completely over filed. I wanted my nails trimmed as I prefer tidy nails but with a trim and then using a coarse file, they're all super stubby now. Again, there are some longer ones and shorter ones, but they're clearly all different lengths and a bit jagged feeling too. I just wish the attention to detail was a bit better.

The lovely ladies did a great job. Did exactly what I asked for. They were fast, friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place
