By far the best laser clinics! no matter which technician I book with, I always know I'm going to get consistent service. All the girls are super friendly and accomodating.

Went in for a 20min treatment, staff kept trying to sale different treatments for the whole 20min (non-stop) and did the treatment extremely rush. Please treat your staffs better, don’t overwhelm them with KPI (product selling) and appointments.

Great equipments and unbeatable prices. Totally living upto the LCA brand.nnThis specific facility in Myer centre has some mixed bag of technicians. Some are good and some are not so.nnYour results is purely by the technician who treats you. Instead of committing big, try starting small treatments until you meet a good technician. Hannah was good and did an excellent job.

It can be a tad intimidating for a man to walk into a laser clinic for what is effectively a cosmetic treatment, well, not at this place. The girls have always made me feel comfortable and at ease, even reprogramming a session once when conditions were not right. Advice is appropriate and useful. I can't recommend these guys enough.
