They used a removalist in cairns that did thousands of dollars worth of damage; didnt replace items as agreed upon prior to removal, got about $500. (Circa april 2020) Avoid using toll entirely if possible.

This company was used with a store that I purchased a very expensive camera lens with. They delivered it to the wrong address. Someone signed for it that was not me as I was not even home when it was delivered. Have called them 3 times as they said they would get back to me in 24 hours but it has been 5 days now. Terrible terrible service and professionalism

Told me at 3:30pm on a friday that they wouldn't be moving me the following Tuesday when they knew this for over 3 weeks! They don't care about the customer at all. Do yourself a favour and cancel toll

I had difficulty in finding information about moving a 49 foot container to Tasmania.nVery confusing website.nNo relevant phone number.nObviously not interested in a member of the public getting information or service. Must be industry focused.nI found another company that were happy to talk me through the process and give me a quote.nI think they are too big to bother with ordinary customers.nI consider myself reasonably intelligent, but walked away feeling stupid.
