My experience was amazing as all the staff are beautiful people, friendly and very professional .nThe venue was immaculate. I felt comfortable and pampered throughout my whole time I was there.nLooking forward to my next rewarding experience there. Certainly will be telling all my friends and family.

Unfortunately I had the worst massage experience of my life here, where I found the masseuse inappropriate and I felt very uncomfortable. My issue was primarily with how it was handled when I discretely and shakily explained my experience to the owner, and her lack of interest/empathy/care. I was genuinely shocked and so could not in good faith recommend this place.

10/10 experience. I have anti wrinkle treatments with Leiha which has been amazing in terms of experience and results. I feel very comfortable during treatment with virtually no pain and Leiha's depth of knowledge is impressive. Very happy

We went there yesterday and to say I regret it is an understatement. Spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars and such a muck up. Just don’t do it, our experience was a disaster and an expensive one at that - go somewhere else, anywhere else!nnFeels as if they say whatever they need to over the phone to get you to book and pay your deposit, then change the details as it suits them. Just one of the many reasons it was such a disaster was because another customer ‘took priority over’ our booking - a booking that was made weeks ago.nnI had used their google reviews to help decide whether to use them or not, and if there was a review anything like this I could have saved myself a shocking experience and almost $600. If I can save one other person the drama it’s worth posting this review. Just book somewhere else, hopefully you can learn from our poor experience.

Amazing, luxurious Medispa with a great variety of treatments and products. Very knowledgeable skin therapists who gave me a detailed treatment plan and skin care routine. Extremely happy with my results so far!
