I DO Not recommend. First they tried to get me to come later for an appointment time i made previously. Considering the price of treatment i wondered why they were trying to bump me. Red flag. THEN i come in fill out the form, go through all that and Tiffany takes me to the room, of which hindsight tells me the other way to get the time free she originally wanted was to tell me She cant do a peel that 1 I have gotten before. and have no issues 2. signed a document stating i knew the risk 3 she simply did not want to do it BUT this was how she went about it. TERRIble wasted my time. absolutely rude. GO ELSEWHERE. And when your gut tells you something isn't right. listen.

I just received a brow wax and eyelash tint from Jules. She did such a great job and you could feel her taking great care when shaping and plucking.nnI was having such a bad day and Jules let me vent and left feeling a million times better!

I have been a loyal customer since June 2011 and had different beauty sessions with various teams and managers. Unfortunately last night (05 Sep 2019) I received a very poor customer service and was deceived. That’s so unpleasant and an unprofessional way of doing business. I had feather tattoo treatment on 5th August (part A) and paid $399. My treatment was incomplete, my brows needed extra works to be balanced and also they had some missed areas to be re-filled. My part B or touch up session was scheduled for last night and at the end of the session I was told to pay another $399! I was shocked as no one in East Brisbane Brazilian beauty salon had told me it in the first place at the time of part A booking that touch up session incurs additional money, it is not even mentioned in the purple before/after care sheet. The sheet says what you pay at the beginning covers both sessions. I am very unhappy with the poor communication and do not recommend new management team to anyone. Don’t tell lie to your customers and follow honesty. I was deceived last night and do not trust the team anymore. Ladies, do not waste your money and time, be careful with the new team and think well before booking with them. I could leave the salon without paying as I was not informed, however I did. Try to attract customers, not lose them. This is cheating, you will not survive.

Very poor service. I would not recommend getting a tan here or at any Brazilian beauty store(as I’ve been twice at two different places and had terrible experience at both) . Completely rushed and coverage is uneven.
