It's almost 2 weeks since I saw Kyle to have my roots done. Been going there for about a year now. Been happy in the past which is why I came back. On my last visit he over processed my hair, and I lost most of it. Now I'm left with only 1cm of damaged straw on my head. No apology, no offer of treatment to help get some health back - nothing - just continual muttering about how he didn't know how it could have happened, and blaming it on the shampoo I must have used two days earlier. I'm devastated. There is a price to be paid for vanity, but it should not be this high.

Best hairdressers I have been to. Little bit expensive, but I have been to sooo many other hairdressers in Townsville, but I just keep coming back to this wonderful salon. 10/10

I have curly hair that was flat, dry and felt like straw on arrival. After my appointment my hair is super soft, shiny and he brought back my root to tip curls that I haven't seen in years. Thank you.
