Awful extensions experience...new salon is terrible and I doubt the prices reflect this..had to get a pixie cut at another salon after the Great Lenghts hair extensions were taken out and evidently had wrecked my hair. I have had them for years with no issues, but this time...would have expected better treatment after spending over $1,200. I relayed my concerns on the phone when I had to contact them for the mandatory follow up appointment (Shouldn't I have been contacted by them)? My concerns weren't even acknowledged, but rather, I was chatted over by the person who took them out talking about her botox with other clients when I was in the chair. Tut tut, shame on you all!

$450 for the worst hair cut of my life, hair extentions were put in wrong and fell out after 4 days. hair is dry and brittle after colouring. hair cut is the worst and all over the place. not happy at all. don't ever want to go back not even to fix it.
