My first visit for a facial with Colleen was fantastic. I was very impressed and can't wait for my next one.

Not impressed with my 2nd appointment as it seems to be rushy and less detail as my 1st appointment. Another concern was the price charged as when I enquiried the staff who did my facial about the price on the catalogue placed at the counter, she told me that that's the old catalogue. This event raised my concern about choices for customers.
