Jordan is the consumate professional and a lovely person too. Don't go anywhere else if you want truly amazing lashes. Her new premises is nice and comfortable and quiet, very relaxing. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Townsville area. She has the best training and skills, and it shows. Very reasonably priced compared to other places, and they don't give you the fabulous results that Jordan does.

I’ve been to a lot of lash technicians in Townsville and Jordan is hands down the most professional yet down to earth tech.nCon- She has very strict criteria of how long or thick she will lash based on your natural lash length and strength so for those that demands heavy Russian volumes etc more than what your natural lash can handle this is not for you, Jordan opt for the natural pretty look and will refuse to put your natural lashes at risk of damages. Another con her sessions will take a lot longer than other places, she is very gentle and delicate and will put every individual extended lash (from single lash to 5D) on extremely carefully, treating every single of your own natural lash with respect. Considering what you pay and the amount of time Jordan puts in I don’t understand how she can afford to so.nPro- she runs on time, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes from my booking time. A big pro for me she is also very hygienic, she always washes her hands before each session and her tools are clean, unlike some technicians where you can feel and smell their clammy hands. She wears a mask so no one will will be coughing or breathing on your face. Her bed is always clean you won’t see excess lashes all over the bed because it gets changed. Another pro you can wet your lashes 24 hours later, unlike some other places that requires you to keep it dry for 48 hours otherwise it will clump up with a splash of water.nHeads up- she will not lash over another technicians work, you’ll have to pay $15-$20 to get them removed before she can assess and work on your lashes. Also the place is within a hair dressers salon so pretty noisy and you’re not going to get that nature/meditation music it’s not a spa, nevertheless I still nap every single time.nShe’s generally booked out 1-2 weeks in advance but once you’re in her system make it a regular thing and you will generally get the time and date that suits. If you can’t get an appointment in online give her a call she’s busy but will get back to you by the end of business day, as she will not run to the phone every single time it rings whilst with a customer as her focus is 100% on the customer everytime. She doesn’t require a deposit and is understanding in the unfortunate event where you have to cancel, again I don’t understand how she can afford to do that. I can comfortably recommend lash city. Lash extension is a necessity nowadays.nnUpdate- Lash City have since moved to a quint stand-alone cottage like building. No more hair dressing product fumes or noise like previously. Nice and peaceful. I look forward to my fortnightly refill visits chatting to my technician about anything, or have a nap while I’m made to look beautiful, confidently in good hands.
