Totally hopeless. Had authority to leave, for some reason didn't and left a slip. No details on the slip, had to call around to find out where the package was. Suggested to the office that it wouldn't have been helpful to have the information provided on the slip. Response was: 'I don't look after the printing'. Worst courier service I've encountered, and that's saying something. Avoid them.
Poor service, avoid like the plague. After my package did not arrive I called in to book a pick up at the depot. They told me they would email the depot and call me back to confirm. No call back. The next day I booked another pick up, no call back. Finally I got the address of the depot and went there myself to pick up my items. The people at the depot could not bother to help me either. After calling again getting through to their “national office” I was once again told that could pick up my items over the weekend. However I never got contacted back by the “national office” about the whereabouts of my items. This simply is not the service that your hard earned dollars deserve.
Told last week my parcel was onboard for delivery, didn’t arrive.nFollowing week, told the same thing, didn’t arrive.nnCalled their Customer Service, they said they will do follow up, didn’t call back.nnNo phone number to call depot directly.nnTotally useless.
