We just moved to the country from the city, and were very happy with Gerrie, Nev and Steve's efforts. From the easy online quote tool to the final box, the lads did a top job - on time, no damage and a great service. Highly recommended.
DO NOT USE! They were cheap and I was desperate as every one else was booked out. The owner couldn't even speak good english which made it hard to communicate with. They were rough dirty looking workers and made me and my wife feel intimidated. Dents on our fridge and rips on our couches. We can't take it any further as it was a cash job. Job was done around 2 years ago into storage.
Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Genius Removals. I cannot fault them. Gerrie is so great to deal with. Him and his team were punctual, efficent and did an amazing job fitting my items securely in storage. They were so fast, getting the job done in great time but gentle with our furniture. Highly recommend!
Fantastic service. Simple methodology.nGot charged a very reasonable hourly rate for two movers and a huge truck. The move was smooth and the guys were very understanding.
SAVED THE DAY!! After being left in the lurch by another company on moving day, these guys came and rescued us and moved us from the Lockyer Valley to Stanthorpe, working late into the freezing night. Polite, friendly, professional, speedy, caring and productive, we don't hesitate to recommend Genius Removals (Tom, Jody and Hodge?). Wish we had booked them in the first place!
