Absolutely terrible lashes and customer service from Danielle. Decided to bring my regular infills over to her mainly due to convenience and hear good reviews. Paid $90 for Hybrid and then lost an entire 3rd on one eye in one day. Told her and she couldn't even fit me in to fix it. Now it's been 11days and I look ridiculous with almost all lashes lost on one eye. Have been getting regular lash infills for 3years and never experienced this with any tech and always gotten 2-3.5wks out of my infills. Now she hasn't taken responsibility despite no change in my lash aftercare routine, not on any medications and to my knowledge, one does not shed one eye only. She did not offer any compensation or discount for the poor application and said I'll have to pay either full set or full set on one eye and normal on other. Now I've had to pay for another full set and actual removal of the ones left from Danielle's application as the other tech said there was far too much glue applied and was too much of a mess to just infill. Absolutely terrible customer service and not even good set of lashes. Absolutely appauled and would never recommend Danielle to anyone. Never thought I'd have to put a bad review on any businesses page but I am extremely disappointed having wasted my time and money and want to ensure no one else wastes their money.

Love Dani and her work! I always get my lash extensions and spray tans done by her and always love the result and love the finish product because it makes me feel really good about myself. Super friendly, always down for a chat and has a very clean at home business:))

This lovely lady has won me over, I am in love with her work .. beautiful feel when walking into her salon and my lashes are always on point! Love love love
