I absolutely love coming here, the staff are wonderful, friendly and supportive, the owner Amanda is amazing and always remembers me by name, and considering how many people they see everyday, this is really important to me. The manage Jacqui is incredible and always makes time for a quick chat, she always asks me about my daily life and is genuine and kind. I see Jodie regularly and she is just the kindest and nicest person, she takes care of all my laser needs and I couldn't be happier. Every single time I come here for an appointment, I leave feeling fulfilled emotionally, its so rare to find such a wonderful business where everyone working there that I have interacted with, have treated me with respect, love and kindness. I feel validated and supported, and I love being a customer for this great company.

These ladies are great, I'd never had any later hair removal or treatments done before. They were very helpful and talked me through everything and the results are amazing!

Not Happy. Saw Cassidi a few days ago in regards to my daughters skin. We all spoke together in the room to discuss what best treatments would be helpful. Cassidi said I could be with my daughter while her treatments are being done. Arrive for first treatment and was told I couldn't go in with her. My daughter has a server anxiety disorder, which as soon as the lady said I couldn't go in with her. My daughters body language went straight into freakout. Since our consultation was in August and the Covid rules changed in May, our first consultation there was the 3 of us in the treatment room. Maybe to comply 100% with the Covid rules addressing this and informing your customers with younger clients, that they cannot have a adult present with there child while treatments are undertaken. OMG, my first visit today, greeted by Jackie, wow girl your the bomb, I instantly felt welcome and extremely comfortable, staff happy and flat out making their clients needs met with a beautiful smile and welcome, and Lou,well your amaze balls, felt like I'd known you for years, its so satisfying to be greeted and treated with such kindness, and Lou absolutely knows her craft thankyou guys, will definitely be back.
