Floral Nails

Horrible store - I never leave reviews but this was such a terrible experience. Left with bleeding nails, wrong colour and shape, such rude staff and sooo rough & to top it off I was charged more than what they told me it would be. When I stood my ground, I was yelled at by the staff before a girl there physically tried to stop me leaving with the partial cash refund another staff member gave me. So disgusting, don’t waste your time or money.

The worst place I've ever gone to get a manicure and it was also the most expensive one I’ve ever paid for. I was in shock by what she was doing . The nails look terrible and will have to be redone and shaped correctly at a proper nail business.

Got bad experience I just first time to do pedicure here in Australia but the lady did not clean properly she just cut my nail but she did not get my ingrown nail

Every time someone left the guy there would gossip about them with his next client, very unprofessional. They kept taking in new clients whilst I was still waiting, not even starting to soak off my SNS. 3 hours for pedi and SNS!!!

Nice nails, the chatter from staff presumed customers didn't understand their language, careful guys talking about private issues is not very professional
