Professionail Grand Central

I have been going for about a year. They are always been good to me and the nails are done quickly considering the amount of customers they serve. Shellac are dried via lamps and last longer mine have lasted over 2 weeks and i am very happy

Awesome service, got the Spa pedicure. I fell asleep in the massage chair it was so relaxing. A good clean and cut of the nails was great!

Terrible service. Didn’t listen. Very aggressive. I told them several times that my nail polish was lumpy and all they did was rub off the top coat and do it again. I asked for marble and had someone scribble on my nail. The nail tech pulled on my arm multiple times and even twisted it at one point. I never write reviews but this time I felt I needed to make sure others don’t go to them. I wish I was exaggerating but I’m not. . They overcharged me for the poorly done job.nI had to go to a different shop to get them properly donenDo NOT recommend

Very very disappointing – by far the worst nail job I have ever had.nnI had a pedicure and manicure here as a treat to myself – I have only ever had my nails done around 15 times. They used cold fans to dry my nails – not the infrared. I sat under these for around 15 minutes. A staff member checked and said I was ok to go.n1.tMy fingernails smudged putting my shoes back on.n2.tMy nails started to chip within 3 daysn3.tThe nail polish did not fill down to the cuticlesn4.tThe shape of my nails was very uneven.nAfter 7 days, I had to remove all the nail polish on my fingers as had chipped too much. I emailed the salon, with photos, and my receipt. The owner replied that he only took responsibility if contacted within 3 days, and that I should have sat under the fans for 30-45 minutes. Offered no compensation. I have NEVER had to wait 30-45 minutes for my nails to dry!! Will never ever go back!
