Pathetic with shaping, cutting and applying acrylic nails, overcharging and expensive business. Quality is not worth the price charged. Service is very slack and workers are quite unfriendly. Would not recommend and will never go there again.

I Had a pedicure and shellac to my hands. Firstly I was charged $10 more than I should have been (make sure you always check the amount before you tap and pay). I was very rushed and the was in and out in 15mins.nAfter 1 week the shellac started to peel off my nails so I went back to complain. They clearly didn’t understand what I was saying, re did them and tried to charge me full price again. It’s now been a week since the second coat of shellac and they are peeling off again. I think the quality of product used isn’t any good. I’m used to having shellac last me at least 3-4weeks.

No double coat of nail polish was applied. Filing of nails not done. Removal of rough dead rough skin not done. It was a quick , slip shot lazy job.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I'd give this place zero stars if it was an option. So lazy and unhygienic. Made the lady take off my Shelac cause most of it was on my skin rather than my actual nail.nWould never go again unfortunately.

Worst nail result ever and very expensive. My nails had a great look at the end of my treatment but having one nail crack and when I returned to SA had other nails chip and peel I am very disappointed. An expensive experience.
