Made a booking in store for 3 days time. Received SMS reminder 24 hrs prior. Turned up for appointment and asked to take a seat, all good so far. Staff member them informed me they did not have the booking, she further advised the salon does not control the bookings and this is a head office issue. She (unfortunately I did not get her name, probably due to her rudeness and lack of accountability) advised this is not her fault and nothing can be done. At one point she turned her back on me indicating ‘conversation over’.nSometimes things go wrong, it happens however any staff member in any business is a representative of that business and can enhance or destroy a reputation in minutes. The lack of common courtesy, respect professionalism was gob smacking. I left the store feeling like a second class citizen and the worse part is, the staff didn’t care. Owners, you really need to know what is occurring in your salons

I had my first ever set of lashes done by Phoebe and they were so perfect and lush! I have been back since and I am still in love with my lashes. Wonderful customer service, gorgeous studio and amazing results!

Had semi-permanent eyebrows done by Phoebe a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely love them, Phoebe is very skilled and is meticulous In the way she tattooed my eyebrows. Lovely relaxing environment. Would definitely recommend her services.

Shockingly poor job. Very inexperienced staff. Totally destroyed brow shape. Never again.
