staff were very nice and had a very interacting conversation with one of the young girls, did an amazing job on my pedicure and even offered water.

If you want to pay $85 for an ombre SNS nightmare where they ignore your colour preferences and rip your previous nail tips off your nails rather than an acetone soak (resulting in damaged nails) - this is the place to go. Worst nail experience of my life. Save yourself the money and do it yourself at home, you'd do it better yourself...

The woman who served me was curt, rude & dressed in dirty clothing & lacked any personal cleanliness. Unprofessional & totally unacceptable service, have never encountered anything like it. With so many other Nail Salon options available, definitely do not go to this place.

I’ve seen a lot of complaints about this nail salon at sunshine plaza and also have seen many customers bad mouth and being disrespectful to most of the staff but their staff are very nice and welcoming, they are always double checking on everything and are always making us customers laugh, they are people too so I don’t get why they are treated differently from the customers, they deserve much more respect and shouldn’t feel harassed by customers no matter what.
