Red Storm Removals were the best part of our move. They came on time and despite the terrible weather managed to pack up our contents with care and minimal disruption. I would highly recommend Brent, he was understanding and accommodating when lawyers and sellers stuffed up our settlement, we will definitely use him again.
We have recently used Red Storm for our interstate move (WA to QLD). They were fantastic and made the process simple, easy and stress free. They were great with us when we initially had to re-schedule our move at short notice (Delaying our move by 12 months).nI would recommend these guys to anyone looking at moving, moving is stressful at the best of times, but these guys made it run smoothly.nEverything was collected and loaded efficiently and everything arrived in perfect condition.nTheir pricing was more than competitive and they were happy to go the extra mile in helping us with our needs (storing the items for a few weeks until we were ready for delivery etc.)nI was initially a bit nervous about going with a 'smaller' company, but I have no regrets and will be using these guys in the future.
We used Red Storm for our move from Brisbane to Mackay recently. Amanda was helpful when communicating by email to quote and organise the move. Brent was friendly, hardworking, trustworthy and accommodating. Overall very happy with our experience. We won’t hesitate to use this company again. Thank you to the Red Storm team!
The guys did an outstanding job not only did I underestimate the size of the job, it happened to be raining the day of the move as well. We made their top 5 worst jobs; however, they soldered on with no complaints. Will definitely be using there services again... if they will return.
Would not recommend. Very nice to deal with. BUT, had so many boxes go missing. Unfortunately because there were so many boxes to start with we didn’t realise till a few weeks later the extent of the amount of missing boxes. Phoned but of course they denied it. Didn’t have them. I’ve also noticed unfavourable reviews are removed quickly so I hope people take note of this review before it gets removed.
