Nature's Nails and Beauty

I had an sns with tips the shaping was terrible I asked to reshape and was told they are fine. 2 nails cracked with in the first hour. I won't go back.

I went to this shop (yes the one in kawana). Whilst getting a pedicure, the technician got distracted and burnt my foot with the hot stone! I have been in pain for several days from this. When she asked “is that hot?” I told her yes and she left it there? On top of the burn to the sole of my foot, I now have an infected toe from the service as well. So much for a little bit of rest and relaxation ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f

I enjoy coming here as they do a great job with pedicures, my feet come out amazing! As I find alot of other places do a half job on my feet.I love the attention to detail with my nails. Customer service could be a bit better but in the end im always happy with how my nails turn out and its a really relaxing atmosphere

Won’t go anywhere else ever, attention to detail is amazing! Every time I walk in they remember exactly how I like my nails, even down to the colour I get.

O/5 STAR RATING! Very poor customer service. It took them 3 goes to get our nails correct. Showed us so much attitude and were completely rude when we told them our nails were cut at all different lengths. Eye rolling was also a part of the attitude! We will never be back. Other people in store also said the same. I hope they learn their lesson!
