I made yesterday the appointment for today at 9am to find out today when arriving at 9 am they cancelled the appointment without to notify me. Poor customer service and Natasha being rude. Natasha said they had the wrong number, yesterday when she read the number to me she had my correct number. Never will use their service. Waisting people's time

I went to get my eyebrows waxed by Kelly and she was kind enough to spend a lot of time with me helping me out with my skin concerns. She went as far as matching me up to the perfect makeup for me and giving me lots of samples of their product range medik8 which dramatically improved my skin. So evident when someone’s intent is to genuinely help you and so refreshing to see. Thanks again
