It was great to go back to the Caloundra store which is now under new management. My initial contact was with Shaun who took my call and patiently explained everything to me before taking my booking. He was very courteous and had great customer service skills. I had my hair cut and coloured by Renee, who did an amazing job. I also observed that she had great skills in dealing with clients and staff, especially explaining procedures to her co-workers. Renee is a credit to the new team and I would highly recommend her as a stylist & colourist.

After years of searching I finally found my hair guru!nI couldn’t be happier with the result that I got! My hair was saved from disaster, I had a ginger red that it needed to be corrected, my hair was ruined, I thought I was going to have to cut it all, but they managed to remove the color and heal my really damaged hair!! Anyone with curly hair understands you have to treat it differently than those with straight hair. Now I have a beautiful dark blond mix with brown chocolate hair color that pops up my eyes. Thank you so much again for the amazing services and job!”
