I had the Winter Facial Package today with beauty therapist Amy, it was flawless. The facial was so relaxing and hydrating. I really enjoyed the back massage as Amy worked on my tight spots with good pressure. Amy has a wealth of knowledge about skin products but at the same time isn't forceful when promoting products. I will 100% be back!

I loved my experience with Shine! Tanya was professional, super friendly and very accommodating. My eyebrow wax/tint looks stunning! I highly suggest going to Shine for your next beauty treatment!

I had the most relaxing experience at Shine Caloundra. The staff were friendly and happy, I was at ease instantly. The room was set up beautifully with warm low lighting. The music was soft and clear, no annoying sounds of chatter or ticking clocks or cars outside.nI had booked in for an hour facial and 30min massage with Laueine who has to be the most professional therapist I have experienced. Consistent pressure and focus, I was so happy afterwards and my skin was glowing. I highly recommend Shine Caloundra and their therapists!

Fantastic experience! 5 stars!. I took my 13 year old daughter to this clinic today to get her legs waxed and eyebrows shaped! She walked away with having a free fascial as well as free products. I recommend this store to anyone wanting a fantastic and friendly service ud83dude0a. definitely recommendnI went in for a Brow henna and shape which i had not had before but was keen to try. after two tries with no success, the staff member (whose name i forgot) was very apologetic and said i could either get a refund on my card or store credit. i opted for store credit. i came in about 2 weeks later just for a tint using my credit. a staff member came out and said they were going to try the henna again (complimentary) if i had the time. i went in and the henna worked perfectly. my beautician was Bridget who never fails to listen and provide excellent care. i was really happy with my eyebrows and the treatment i received. definitely recommend shine beauty and Bridget for anyone who likes getting their brows done. A great experience and something new to try, thanks ladies xxxx
