In these cases, an exception is recorded on MyToll and we will keep you informed with updates regarding the status of the shipment.'nnAbove ..their words ...never happens!!! ..twice in one week with shipments from two different companies. No updates on their tracking site. Same info for 3 or 4 days. No delivery received ..because it was held in depot without notification! Estimated arrival on tracking site was within a few days of despatch.. but no they only deliver once a month to tgat location so we will have to wait another 2.5 weeks for next due date. Who was going to tell us and who is responsible for updates to tracking record. Never again! We drove 100km and picked it up! Disgusting service. Second shipment sat in their depot a week before we traced it and after some hot words they delivered it!
The staff are always friendly. Any problems have been rectified and they are always willing to help with anything.

I would not use toll ever again as there delivery driver never beeped or tried knocking on my door just carded me after my parcel has been at there depot for a few days before they even tried to deliver and on top of that they then try tell me that i have to wait another 3-4 days before they will try to redeliver
