The 2 guys were great. It took a while but that’s because of stairs. They were both very professional and soldiered on. My only suggestion is and I said this to the 2 guys that maybe they needed a third person because of the stairs, it’s such a backbreaking job, I think you guys should increase your rates as well. Edit... have tried contacting for 2 months with no reply. Even customer service refused to reply through the chat on the website. Have now blocked me and was rude on the phone.nnWas slow carrying 1 small box at a time... completely damaged a TV, bench and other things they are refusing to pay for. Went to wrong address... 1 was on their phone the entire time. .. took 6 hours to move 10mins down the road because of mistakes they admitted to. Now refusing to pay for damages when no contract was signed or even sent to view. Avoid at all cost

Don't waist your money with ozziee movers. They took 6 hours to move a 2 bedroom unit 25mins down the road. They smashed my tv and said I should have had my own insurance for the move. They won't fix it when their website clearly states they have insurance, they told me professionals would do the job but i got one guy who was on the phone the whole time who could barely speak english the other had only done the job for two weeks. They also ripped my seat and went to the wrong delivery address then tried to charge me for that time. DON'T USE THEM!

OzzieeMovers were extremely helpful and provided great communication leading up to the move. Had a great day with the guys and they were very professional. Highly recommended.
