Yes Optus Gawler

I contacted Gawler store today and spoke with Sean. I found him to be extremely un helpful with my enquiry. I called to ask for a price on a specific handset, as my son had his handset stolen and i needed this for insurance purposes. Sean replied with not having any of this item in stock! My enquiry was the price and not if you had them in stock. He then advised me he would need to check the system and can't at the moment as he is serving a customer and doesn't have time! I didn't like his attitude and lack of empathy for the situation. I advised him I was going to lodge a complaint. He told me to go ahead! Not a great customer service experience!

Went into Gawler store today. Staff member Deepa was very helpful and understanding. She showed excellent customer service. Very happy.
