If I could give this place no stars I would! When I arrived at the nail salon I was asked to come back in 5 minutes..which I did. I then proceeded to sit in the chair for over 20 minutes waiting. Once one of the staff came over (not washing hands between clients disgusting!), she started and got half way through my nails and went back to another client (no hand washing again). She then came back and did not ask me what I wanted and proceeded to cut my own nails extremely short as she “assumed” I wanted fake nails. Again the lady left me for another client and another lady came to do my nails. I had previously shown the First Lady the colour I wanted. The second lady didn’t once ask what I wanted, she proceeded to do her own thing. I was extremely upset about this whole process and frustrated that I now have extremely short nails. Additionally I have nail polish all over my hands, not at all a tidy job. And finally, after you messed up my nails so much and you agreed you then asked me to pay $5 over the asking price! I was in your shop for nearly 1 hour whereas this should have only taken 30 minutes! Poor service, rude staff, will never go back and will be telling everyone in Coolum to STAY clear!

Worst experience ever...not going back. Rude and a very bad job. Got charged $30 for a gel pedicure (if I can even call it that...) nails are not even cut or polished properly, I have sharp edges on all my nails and they are cut on an angle...the polish looks just fine. I think I would have done a better job myself at home...what a waist of time

Worst service I’ve ever had. I know it’s Christmas and it’s busy but they try to have too many customers and do not take time with the customers they are serving. The old lady with the clear glasses frame is rude, she is taking over every girl working and she doesn’t even do her job properly, I had more shellac on my skin than on my nails, I had to ask a girl to start it again. I had 3 different girls to do a manucure and a shellac, and it’s not even properly done. The manager really needs to be trained about customer service and how to put shellac properly. And stop asking people to come back in 5 minutes, take care of your customers already there instead of rushing. I live in Coolum and I’ll keep travelling to Maroochydore to get my nails done, it’s cheaper and the girls are doing a better job. If you want to relax and have a good time, it’s the worst place to come in!

Friendly and professional staffs. They always serve with big smiles. Excellent service at a good price.
