I had a few client gifts to send with perishables and was slightly worried about them getting lost, taking forever to arrive or arriving with the items melted. From my first phone call Sam put my mind at ease and talked through the delivery options and tracking. He also suggested to use either dry ice or ice packs to help keep the items cool.nnHe supplied the ice packs and helped my friend to re-wrap everything. The gifts arrived within 3 days with all products in perfect condition!!nnThank you so much for all your help Sam - will definitely use you again in the future!!
