Bad customer service !nMy family bought me a gift for my birthday to the value of $450.nFrom the rude reception to the dirty facilities the experience just kept getting worse! I was told by the lady who worked there that she would not perform my treatment as booked. After requesting a refund the owner refused and said I could return anytime for my treatment as the voucher is valid for a year.nWorst spa experience ever!

I had the most amazing experience with NuYou. I had a full body massage, full body scrub and facial. Louise was very professional and always made sure I felt comfortable. My skin still feel amazing 24 hours later. I would definitely recommend NuYou to anyone.

The hydrate and glow experience was 90mins of pure bliss as promised. The facial was deluxe, we left so relaxed. The massaging was professional... a total body and mind experience. Glorious!

Not qualified staff performing beauty treatments. Myself and partner had a facial and massage. Cherie greeted us and was quite nervous. Both Jo and Cherie performed the treatments on us. My partner was really sore after the massage and said that Cherie was pushing on his back rather than massaging it. My partners back was so sore afterwards which spoilt our vacation. My facial and massage was really poor and quite rough. What we found out later from talking to another therapist when I went for a treatment elsewhere was alarming! Both Cherie & Jo are the owners of the business but neither of them is qualified as a Beauty Therapist. Omg how can this be allowed! performing treatments on clients without the qualifications.
