Beautiful experience from the first phone call up until leaving after my appointment. My first time at Ebony and the first experience with threading... Kim was so helpful, lovely & kind explaining the process as well as sharing her wealth of knowledge in skin therapy. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and happy environment to be in and one I'm excited to come back for !
