Avoid at all cost if you care at all about the shape and quality of your nails. This place doesn't have any competition on Hastings Street and I guess just relies on the foot traffic of all the tourists coming in who don't know any better. Below is my experience, but if you don't care to read it all: to sum up that it was BAD.nnI came in with perfect long oval shaped SNS nails and asked for the same shape but shorter. When the girl shaped my nails they were all different lengths and pointing in different directions. I've asked her to correct it but she only made it look so much worse. So I thought maybe oval is too complicated shape to get right, so I've asked her just to make them short with round corners. Again my nails were different lengths and all shaped differently - I wish I've taken a photo. I felt so bad but I literally had to ask for the nail file and do the shape myself. I'm so perplexed how someone who works with nails all day long can't do the basic symmetrical nails. In the end I've asked for shellac instead of SNS as my nails were too short anyway and they still had the audacity to charge me $40! I tried to complain to the older lady, who didn't really seem to care and then just ignored me...yikes never again

went twice in 3 days for same thing and was charged 2 different prices. The work they did was not great, 1st time thought may have been one of those things but the 2nd time was same so no more custom from me.

Friendly, relaxing, had a manicure and spa pedicure they did a great job, couldn't fault them, was wary after reading some reviews, we were happy with the service

AVOID AT ANY COST, they destroyed my nails !! I had perfectly healthy nails before coming here for a shellac mani, they did the job so quickly didn’t get a proper shape and polish and had to come back the next day because it already started to fade !! 1 week later my nails are all destroyed such as the shellack and they asked me to PAY to remove it !! Worst institute you can imagine, I will share this review everywhere, as well on instagram, warning all of the Noosa locals and tourists to avoid this salon at any costs !!
