USELESS! Received email stating my things had arrive at the destination, but no one in Townsville seems to know where it is! People promise to call back but don't!nnHave spent three days trying to get someone, anyone to tell me what the hell is going on!nnFollow up........ The booking is under my partners name, that's why you can't find it. That being said, we did get hold of the Townsville depot and was informed our stuff is NOT in Townsville, but 900 kilometres away in Mount Isa and is not expected to arrive for another four to five days. Why? That is simply not good enough.

I thoroughly recommend Whybirds. Everyone we dealt with were professional from the admin girl, Richard and the boys doing the uplift. Exceptional service- they took the pain out of the whole procedure.
