Unfortunately it was a terrible experience with Holly whom called my mobile phone and proceeded to yell at me. Unprofessional behaviour.nI was advised by her experienced colleague that the best makeup shade for me was no 4 then she changed her mind and assured me that it was no 5 and that it was the one to purchase so i did as i trusted her professional consult. It was too dark so i called up to get an exchange for the 4 which Holly refused whilst yelling at me and telling me to put cream in it to change the colour which did not help. The face wash kit i also purchased was advised for oily skin which i advised to Hollys specialist that I had (in trust i also purchased as well). Screamed at over the phone by Holly With no refund on skin care nor swap for right colour. Read packets later and all stated for use on normal to dry skin on face wash kit and makeup NOT OILY . $350 wasted. One star provided above for the best liars ever!

I had a fantastic experience with Holly with laser tattoo removal, she is professional, friendly and really cares about her clients comfort. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking at laser tattoo removal, anyone who had seen my tattoo can’t believe how much it’s faded from only one session, and with zero blistering or scarring.
