Booked in the morning. That night they cancelled because they said that they couldn't take apart the the item I needed moving. I paid I could bring the tools. Still no. I said I would take it apart for them and they still said no. I said could they at least still move the 4ft fish tank. Still no. They have left me 9hrs before my lease end day with two heavy items I am beyond moving myself, with no otime to arrange another company. What am i meant to do now? And the reasons to cancel make no sense at all. Myi begged them not to cancel. Offered more money. Let them know how much i need there help and they did not care. I have two children under two and my partner is out of the state. I have no friends to help me move and have moved everything except two items myself with no help. I hired companies to help me with the final things for the end of my lease and this company is the only one who has cancelled. I just wanted everyone to know my experience and I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I think this is something people should be aware of.
