If I could put 0 stars I would! The worst quality and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.nThe lady asked my boyfriend that he was sitting next to me to “stop talking” very rudely!nThe lady that supposed to be called “professional” was in “rush”and she did an awful job! I do not recommend.nExtremely rude staff and unprofessional.nThey lied about the price and charged me extra $25 without me even knowing.nThe nails had different shape and length!nI wish I could get my money back !!!!!

Worst nail salon in Darwin. Extremely rude staff and slow service. Dirty salon too.nnSalon was very busy and I was asked to come back in 15 mins which I did. I was sat and made wait for about 30 minutes. During that time 5 different staff members came over to me and asked what colours I wanted/nnFinally the lady with the short hair and tattoo on arm painted my nails (the WRONG colour and the filed the wrong shape to what I asked for) I picked a wine red (physically pointed to the colour and my nails were painted WHITE)nnManager was not overly apologetic and gave me $10 discount only.nnWould not return. Terrible service and experience. Very rude staff.nnDo yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

absolutely horrible, the eyebrows were shocking. she didn’t listen to my request and ignored me when i told her to stop. do not recommend going to, i am astounded by the finished product.
