The River

I love the old style pub, really suits a winters day. The food was very good and not too expensive. Huge selection of spirits, friendly staff. Will definitely return.

Every meal I have had at The River has been exceptional. Each night I've tried something different and I have not been even slightly disappointed with anything. You order and pay at the bar then take your number to a table, I wasn't long before my meal had been presented to me. Dinner has been my favourite meal of the day whilst I've been visiting Margaret River. Each of the five stars is definitely deserved.

Top tier pub nosh and a great homely atmosphere. Friendly welcoming staff that helped us with the menu (great suggestions!) and our beer. Generous food portions which were with the money - would recommend and return again!

Love this place! Very cozy has screens but not rowdy. Attentive staff great food with heaps of gluten free options went twice in two days !

Good atmosphere and food, bit pricey compared to the other local venue when buying meals and drinks for 5 but not so much that it would prevent you from eating here. More gluten free options would be good.nnThey have a good array of drinks on tap as well a vast selection of spirits including gin from ginversity. Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful.
