Prambanan Temple

very impressive and old hindu temple...quite amazing that our ancestor thousand year ago.can make such strong great stone building...the artwork specially statues are so great ..the 3-D effect, proportion of the body , the elaborate carving ornament must be made by well trained artist, I this craft should develop until now days cannot imagine it will be..somehow, as Hindu follower, I feel lost the spirit of the temple or just my feeling. The surrounding areas seems to be well maintain and managed by well organized professional. There is new garden and ponds with fountain which freshen the atmosphere which sometimes too hot. I am happy to take my son here, he seems very enthusiastic to go around and see the each gods statues inside each temple.

One visit in lifetime is a must.

A great place with a historical and nice architecture. One of great temple in Indonesia, located between Klaten (Central Java Province) and Yogyakarta. It is clean and maintained. It has a wide area, you should check every corners, because there are so many great temples. You can also find a souvenir stalls and field of deer here. But, the entry ticket is a bit high. Prambanan temple. this is the first time I have visited here, the service is quite friendly. here are visitors from abroad, the place is really nice and full of feeling to make cool photo spots. and the place is quite clean and well maintained, equipped with a trash can. It is recommended that if you come here, don't rain anymore because there are many puddles in the area around the Prambanan temple. it's a loss if you haven't visited here. Wkwkwk

Amazing place to contemplate ancient thought. Make sure you walk beyond the main temple complex to the other minor temples, which should not be missed. Take your time here. This is a great place stop and reflect. Don't be tempted to race through taking selfies; stop and admire this amazing ancient place.
