Saints Removals

Clint was our removalist and everything was going well for most of the day. However, towards the end of the day when Clint was doing the last load to put everything into our storage container, we asked him to take a photo once he loaded everything into storage and the job was complete. He agreed to do so. We never got the photo, and upon arriving at storage we discovered that our safe was broken, with the handle left on top of the safe and no notification of this from Clint. The safe is now unable to be opened, making it completely broken. We are moving overseas and this safe is very important as it contained our travel documents and passports. Not to mention that it is very expensive and very high quality. Not only did Clint not send us a final photo of the job, he simply left the broken safe and did not even try to contact us about it. Incredibly unethical and disappointing, causing us huge amounts of stress before an overseas move. To top it off, we had to pay an additional $150 to Clint that he did not include in the original quote, costing us over $1000. We understood his request and paid the extra money, doing the right thing by the business. However Clint did not do the right thing by us. We tried to call this business 3 times to rectify the situation, and our calls were not answered and not returned. If he had at least called us to let us know about the damage, we could have worked out a solution sooner. Instead, we were left with a damaged safe and unanswered phone calls. This is so unprofessional, disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. As a result, I would not recommend this business to anyone. Our money was taken and our goods damaged, with our phone calls unreturned. Spend your hard-earned money on another ethical, professional business.

We have used Saints twice now for moving. Couldn't be happier, when we contact them Lisa is always very helpful when doing the booking and then Pete is number 1 when it comes to the removal job, hes prompt if he says he will be there at 8am he is there at 8am. He offers great advice and takes great care of the goods when loading and unloading. We are now moving interstate and really wish we could have used Saints in particular Pete for the job as they run rings around the big interstate companies. Highly recommend this crew.
