Kent was extremely professional and was in contact throughout moving the process. Even when I had difficultly getting him a key for my storage unit he found a solution without any trouble. everything arrived undamaged and he left the storage locker clean and tidy. Delivery day was no hassle - his young bloke helping was friendly and very polite.

I can't recommend Kent and his team enough. We've used him Twice this year and I've had many moves over the last 45 years. He and his boys are honest to a fault were they have corrected me when I over paid. ( Thankfully). Kept us up to date on anything. Friendly. Most importantly took great care of of our belongings. Highly recommend 5 stars all the way.

Terrible service. Firstly Kent and his team didn't arrive on the right day or time and in the middle of a dinner party. He got his truck stuck coming up the road from the wrong angle and refused to help carry the furniture the extra 20m to the house. Then his workers had the gall to ask if they could join for a beer despite them running very behind schedule.nnSecondly, he was unable to do all of the furniture in one trip so I paid him more to do a second load. At this point he became very unresponsive via messages and did not pick the furniture up on the planned date. It has been more than a month now of me calling and messaging him with little response. He finally reneged on the delivery and will be giving me a refund.nn100% would NOT recommend this company.

Kent and the boys were amazing! We used Gold Coast Moves a couple of times and each time Kent kept in touch about pick up and delivery times. Highly recommend using these fun, friendly and hard working guys.
