Nothing........ cannot understand the reviews about this business being five star. Where else in this area can you not get what you pay for, be abused as a customer by the proprietor when you critic the service and then told it’s not their problem when they leave a third of the furniture behind and then expect you to pay full price for their ineptitude. And when a complaint is made threaten to punch the customer in the face. Not only that when told that the left behind furniture is not their problem citing some airy fairy piece of paper stating that the only truck they have is incapable of an uplift which is more than a two bedroom house. I don’t understand why I was treated so badly. Customer service is dead as for as this business is concerned.nnO
