I was in the area today and needed a fill for my nails and sound this little shop on Salisbury. The sole proprietor, Yen is so lovely, friendly and an absolutely amazing technician. I’m so happy to have found her.nnTwinkle Nails is a clean salon, affordable and has plenty of easy street parking.nnHighly recommend.

Please, save yourself a headache and don’t waste your time or money here. The customer service is abominable. They act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your money for a service. And the service itself is abrasive and sloppy. The tools are outdated and sparse, and the nail polish has all been watered down. I wish I had known this beforehand and given this place a miss. My toes look terrible and I’m $30 short for a service I’ll have to get redone tomorrow. They also disappointed the other women in the chairs next to me, which were a bride and her bridesmaids on her wedding day. Just woeful bunch of crooks.

Once again I booked an appointment to turn up and no booking taken. I came with 2 bridesmaid's and sat half done while they served other people that walked in. It took 4 hours to do our manicure and pedicure because they don't turn anyone away. Very disappointed with their booking and organising system.
