It was OK, but high pressure sales at the beginning including advice that I feel was not in my best interests and particular situation. Plenty of upselling of unnecessary products.

This was the first time here. Absolutely brilliant. My beautician was so kind and friendly. I am definitely going back. The rooms are clean and tidy. They really know what they are doing and talk you through. Extremely professional. Highly recommend to anyone needing a beautician.

I did brow wax, lash tint, brow tint there and whereas the beautician was friendly and welcoming the service she provided was of poor quality. The shape of brows was far away from what I thought we had agreed upon, the eyes were stinging after tinting. Plus the prices are high.

Very polite and easy going! It was my first spray tan and felt very comfortable and was in and out quickly with no hassle.
