Spoke to a lovely young guy who gave us an honest opinion about toys for our dog, who kills every toy we buy. Honesty was refreshing, and he was super helpful.

Waited for at least 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence, while assistants bustled around me serving other people, some of who had arrived after me. Finally left my purchases and walked out.
