We went there on a Monday morning in late November (2020) and it was closed. The hours on google appear to be incorrect.

Very disappointed with the attitude of one particular staff member yesterday. We were told one procedure and then had to leave to catch the ferry missing out on what we thought was going to be a relaxing coffee and cake. It took the other staff member to apologise for the attitude of her co worker and I guess lack of experience in dealing with the public.

This place is unbelievable... Time to time I try to come here for a coffee because the location is beautiful but I'm always disappointed... It seems that they are unable to hire polite staff. Maybe is a requirement to be rude! And it's dirty too... Maybe I'm being very severe... Just she is alone and engry because quite busy. Who knows!
